One foggy day at the end of 2020 I had the pleasure of meeting Darren from Fitter Healthier Dad. Darren is a man on a mission. A mission to help other dads radically improve their fitness. The small business photoshoot took place on the outskirts of Berkhamsted. It was one of the foggiest days we’ve had this year, however we were still able to get some great photos. Darren was joined by his two sons, who gamely participated in all the activities on the shoot.
Darren has been on quite a journey. When he started his fitness journey for instance, he struggled to run half a kilometre. Now he’s achieved all World Athlete Status by Ironman and is in the top 5% in the world, for instance. Similarly, Darren is now training to qualify for the Ironman World Championships. As a result of his journey he’s developed his programme and now wants to help other dads who want to follow the same path.
