Image Editing Tools
I use professional editing software, including AI-assisted tools (currently Adobe, Imagen and Evoto), to cull, enhance and deliver your images. These tools process images on secure servers and are used solely for the purpose of preparing and delivering the photography services you have booked.
Where photographs are processed using third-party editing software, I take reasonable steps to ensure that providers handle personal information securely and in accordance with applicable data protection laws. I only use providers whose terms permit the lawful processing of client images and who do not use those images to train their AI systems without permission.
International Transfers
Some of my providers may store or process data outside the United Kingdom. Where this happens, I rely on safeguards approved under UK data protection law to help ensure your personal information remains protected.

How Long Information Is Kept

- I may retain records of previous bookings and correspondence so that I can provide continuity of service to returning clients.
- Financial and accounting records are retained for six years in line with HMRC requirements.
- Photographs and edited galleries are retained and backed up as part of my business archive.
If you would like your photographs deleted, please contact me. I will delete active copies of your images and take reasonable steps to remove them from my systems, although copies may remain within secure backups for a limited period until those backups are routinely replaced.
Data Security
I take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect personal information against unauthorised access, loss, misuse or disclosure.
However, no method of electronic storage or transmission can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
